My hair used to sit on my shoulders. Curled down beautifully. Had to cut it for certain reasons. But I’m seriously debating whether I should keep it going or not. I want the long hair but not sure I wanna clean the shower drain that frequently, as my wife is growing hers out as well.

I just tie my hair into a ponytail and let fate determine the rest. I haven’t had a a haircut since the 90’s and this method has worked well. I too am thinning on the top a bit, figured I’d rock the Ben Franklin look.

Tucking it behind the ears, then tying on my headband is the most comfortable I am finding. The rest of it just out and let it get messy. I typically wear a beanie to protect the top from sun and splatter but didn't this last time because it was quite warm. Now my scalp at the part line is all red.

I've been wearing a "ponytail" and a backwards hat most of my paintball 30+ years. I have thought about getting 1 of those bounce caps to cover that stupid "hat window" target on my forehead, that always seems to get drilled....😒

I got beaned on the top of the head with a regular ball cap at about twenty feet. Hit right on the button. No bruise somehow, but it felt like a good punch to the grape. Got an Exalt Bounce Hat and I've never been shot in the head since.

This August I'll be at 2 years of growing my hair, at first I started to grow it out cause I wanted to either cornrow or braid my hair for a music fest I regularly attend, but once the pandy hit and all live entertainment postponed, and then got postponed again and again, well here we are almost at 2 years, eventually when I cut it I'm gonna donate it, which reminds me I need to dive into finding out what companies take and make wigs from donations, but besides that I pull it back into a small ponytail/bun and then hide it all into a beanie

Well, old, embarrassing picture time. Really crappy pics taken with an old flip phone. First one was ~mid 2006, second one in 2007. Yes, that is natural curl. Sat on my shoulders by the time I got it cut. Still curls that way, for the most part. Should I grow it out again? lol

Fine I'll play. First one taken last Christmas time. So it's grown since then. Also not sure what's up with th swooped back surfer look on the top, lol. And the other is from nearly a year ago, and a good example of how I usually rock headgear.

Now that it's even longer, the low pony tail + headband + beanie is the winning combo.
