Does the Wikipedia page picture for "Autococker" irritate anyone else?

Wikipedia is also a stickler for public domain photos. If there's the slightest question the photo isn't PD, or has documentable proof it's been released to post by the originator of the photograph, it gets taken down.
That may be the best pic anyone can find that fits those parameters.
So find a better/more representative one- in this case, generally meaning "shoot it yourself"- then jump through the admittedly minor hoops necessary to put it up on Wikicommons or whatever their facility is, and make sure all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed so that the full-time Wiki editors don't immediately take it down.
Or, in my opinion, don't worry about it. Who the hell checks Wikipedia for paintball information? You think a skateboarder just starting out, or a beginner motocrosser is going to check Wikipedia for tips on how to ride?
The only people that read the Wiki articles on paintball are journalists looking for an authoritative source to get wrong when doing an article about the latest drive-by Wal-Mart special vandalism.

Is that true, though?Or, in my opinion, don't worry about it. Who the hell checks Wikipedia for paintball information? You think a skateboarder just starting out, or a beginner motocrosser is going to check Wikipedia for tips on how to ride?

Doc.
I think you may be underestimating the degree to which people rely on and defer to that website.
Whether or not it matters, I feel like the old pedantic paintball crumudgeons like us could really turn the paintball-related pages there into a good resource, especially considering the demonstrated fragility of something like Vintage Rex.Comment

Someone mislabeled the green sniper under the history as a prostock. I will beat that dead horse until the horse is revived... the Prostock name was first used for the 2004 base model. The 2003 is simply the Vertical Feed and came with hinge frames. The SuperStock started in 2003 when they started putting Worr Blades on 2003 bodies.Comment
