Ill say this, as far as why these types of things are fun. I remember a team at EMR had a ma duece or 1919 or something similar from Engler. The thing was huge, had to be 5 feet long. I don't remember whether it was mech or electro, but it was... just a paintball gun that was three times bigger then everyone else's. We all knew that and in most situations most paintball players discount these sorts of things.
But damn, when they'd bring that puppy out on the field, everyone would rally around and whoop it up and have a grand old time. It'd became a goal to keep that sucker out there as long as possible.
I don't know if it was the scenario aspect, the cool factor, or just the fact that someone was willing to heft that thing around, but I have fond memories of a few scenario moments where an impromptu group of players would come together as fire team and have loud silly fun because engler made that monstrosity and someone was willing to bring it out. Good times.

wouldn't it be easier to have spring feed to a cut down rotary feed like the A5 on every barrel and running with a 12g?
sure, you wouldn't have much capacity, but the turning and feeding problem wouldn't matter... otherwise a 13in for each?
edit: thinking about it, it wouldn't be that bad to have a tank being held up in the middle of it and have a line going out to each system...
