Visors all the way for me. It's typically hot and sunny here in southern California so I tend to either wear very thin head wraps or (more commonly) no scalp protection at all in order to maximize body heat dissipation. The additional forehead protection along with the lens glare reduction a visor provides are highly welcome features. I've also successfully utilized my visor many times to shield my lens from prolonged heavy spray by angling my head down a bit. I love em.

Visors: Worth it or Worthless?

I used to play either in the caves (Jaegers indoor in Kansas City) or outside. I tried using tinted lenses, but even using almost exclusively VForce goggles, lens swapping was a pain, but visors were much easier to put on/take off with the VForces. So I just used a clear lens, take the visor off for dark games (indoors or the rare evening/night scenario game) outside, leave the visor on for brighter outdoor games, and if it was really bright, also put on my sunglasses (I wear prescription lenses, so I always have glasses on under the goggles anyway).
The VForce visor system, at least on the old Armors I have, was very easy - five vertical posts went through slots at the top of the goggle and then little o-rings went around the bottom of the posts for retention. Took about five minutes per goggle to swap (mine, the wife's, our backup set). Not sure if they still use it, but their current line of Armor goggles looks like they do.Former Prophet of Velcor

Alright, I havent even read this thread, just the the title, and Im here to say, we need to ban this man. As I write this post, I haven't even checked who asked the question. But, sir, since you had to know the hard way, yes visors are the best and its utterly ridiculous not to have one. Enjoy your 12 month ban.
