Spyder Xtra converted into a Cocker

Saw this on eBay, looks like a fun project. Owner let me know he planned in connecting a rod to a 3-way to finish it. Wondering what the minds at MCB think, and what it would take to finish something like this.

Met a guy at my local field who made one of these with a 32 degrees icon. I have no idea who he is bit I can't see him NOT being on MCB.

Think you might be talking about me, but I only posted that I rebuilt it. It's been a thing since like 2003, I think.

This thing looks severely unfinished. Unless there aren't enough pics, it's missing the 3 way. Only see a ram and lpr. No real way to control the direction of the ram. Seems like an easy enough fix, but if you get this specific one, you'll be inheriting a bit of extra work to get it running.

Yeah I agree, one of the hardest parts is figuring out how to mount the 3 way. Which looks like that's all that's really left.

At $80 right now it's a decent buy. That's what I would expect to pay for all the parts I already see but they are already put on the marker

Is the body original to an Xtra? I didn't think that version came in black.
