RAS Mk.1.

It's a Canadian made Spyder clone, and the first paintball gun i ever used.... a highschool buddy had one and was my introduction to paintball. I've wanted to find one for a long time, so when this popped up in Kijiji I had to grab it.

Two weird things to note - 1, the feedneck requires a 1" elbow, and 2, the entire gun appears to be powdercoated instead of being annoed.

Looks like an old marker. The Spyder Compacts from the mid 90's had the two hole front block and for a time, the larger feedneck. I've not seen one of these before.

I think they were made late 90's, early 2000's. From what I remember they were made in Southern Ontario, in the Greater Toronto Area.

My brother-in-law’s first paintball was also a RAS Intruder I think. Reliable little gun. We used to play at a long since closed field a couple times a month back then. Good times!

Another CL find showed up today. The KAPP grips really caught my attention, but the rest of it is nice as well. It included a nice surprise in the SP barrel bag. Serial 16617, so I’m guessing ‘94?
