Parts for 40 DIY durable colored arm bands. I figured everyone could put one on each arm. These should last longer than the cheapo thin elastic ones with Velcro and cost about $1.20 each. My mother did sewing with nylon webbing when I was a kid and will help sew them up for me.

10 yards each of 2” poly webbing and a bag of 50 tri-glide sliders. Ladder lock buckles will arrive in a few weeks.

So much better than single use surveyor's tape. Can nylon webbing be sewn with a standard home sewing machine? I know it requires a certain size needle, but I wonder if the motors in cheap, consumer sewing machines can handle it.

Yes, nylon webbing can be stitched using a rinky dink home sewing machine. I found this guide when doing research. He goes over sewing nylon, poly, and cotton webbing/straps.
Learning how to work with webbing is a useful skill, but many industrial design programs don't cover how to work with flexible materials. And if you've ever seen a production facility cranking out say, MOLLE systems for military bags, it's easy to get intimidated out of ever attempting to work...

I didn’t get nylon, though. The polyurethane webbing is much more lightweight and has a softer feel. It’s also cheaper. I figured these won’t bear any weight and might be against someone’s skin, so I bought poly webbing instead. Again at less than $1.25 a pop I’m sure they’ll get many years of use. They’ll probably be lost before they’re broken.

Got my diy walz kit today!! Still trying to get the valve to fit the lower tube, but I am up to the challenge of making it work!

also went to a junk bonanza got this horn. I was hoping to solder it to a pgp, but not sure it necks small enough. Also got this brass widget. I think itll make a mighty fine front sight for the walz project. . Ill cut it down some before use. Hope I can solder it on.

Nah, go for it. I think Ill try to mount a reg and an asa to this so I can bring a battle air horn.

It'll be hard to make this horn work on a pgp. Plus the idea just hit me today when I saw the horn. Lol

      Feedneck came through.

Im so happy you guys both enjoy them. I had a good hunch you would like them Walz, but making the misses smile.... Thats icing on the cake!

Its a small token of appreciation buddy. You deserve them and more honestly.

            Thank you for everything.

PMR grips from the bay. The acrylic ones that came with the gun are super chunky and IMO look hideous.

I also have a CP 2k5 ASA I want to add to my PMR - it came with the gun originally but needs a plunger and oring. The one I threw on there from my parts box just doesn’t fit the gun’s profile I think. Julie from CP is sending me the parts for free because it wouldn’t be worth it to charge a card for the transaction. Super service from CP!

Friends don’t let friends use drop forwards.

Ladder buckles (the bigger ones at the bottom). I can now start making durable adjustable arm bands - 20 each of red and blue. Will write up a how-to when I’ve had a chance to build these at my mother’s place.

Oh nice I don’t see them must have got some new stuff in.

I technically picked this up locally from autococker04 on Monday, but I officially paid the gent last night, so I'm sharing now.

I got this recent town bike train wreck of a stroker project. I believe its been bought and sold 3 times on the forum since Janurary, and I see why. Seems to be an early PPS hack job, or someone tried to seal leaks after the fact. I hope to get rid of the epoxy and get it holding air with out such measures.

Hope to make a pneumatic assist lever pirate if I can get the base gun live.

This is also true. I think they use it on the back side of the LPR’s or something.

PPS uses red loctite way too much but I've never seen them use epoxy, other than maybe on the vertical ASAs. Interesting.

It could have been an end user that did this, but I have a buddy who works on pretty much every local pps gun. We had another mutual friend who sent a gun to pps for a rebuild. He got it back leaking. When my pps guru friend pulled the valve it had epoxy behind it. We assume a pps tech did it, so naturally I assumed this as also a pps deal.

So I watched the mailman bring a box to the front door and walk away... inside was this! She ordered me this limited edition bag of Northern Lights Coffee with a limited edition insulated cup. Man she a cool lady.

Im going to press an espresso shot right now just to try it.

Im not gonna lie Benoit. I think she really just wanted the cup for herself. And got me the limited set to steal the cup.

She got an email about this set, as she usually gets me a coffee advent from this roaster.

                But I see her.....
