Convert my PDF to a cad file

I have a pdf file that I need to change to a cad file to send out to a waterjet company. Anyone have any skills and time to do this. Willing to trade time for gear or cash.

Zamzar can convert PDF to DWG or PDF to DXF.

you can export to .dxf out of illustrator and open that type file in cad

That’s what the waterjet places keep asking me for (dxl file) I’m just not versed on cad. Going to try zenmar and see how it works.
