Your going to need about (25)12g to shoot 4 pods and a 200 round hopper assuming you get 30 shots out of each of them. Shot gun belt would probably be your best option for holding them.

I'd go with an eBay shotgun belt and wear it as a bandolier.

I'm going to have the camel back on already

Sofar I'm leaning towards the smaller, pouches or holders. Not sure if I like the idea of gauntlets or not though. Like I said, I can put more 12ies in my backpack so I don't need access to all of them at every moment, an extra 5 or 6 would go a long way.

I'm thinking of I can find something with a Velcro back I can probably attach it to the extra Velcro on my pod pack. Anyone ever done something like that?

Nice that would work great on a Joyride I bet with the Velcro attachment. If you find the 12g slide out with time Packers thought me a trick using Flex seal on the inside of the loops make them grippy again.
