Q2 MOTMs paintball through the ages- April - the ancient age

Let’s start this miniseries with blasts from the past. For familiarity of terminology’s sake, let’s call it Pre 2K. Post up your 1999 and earlier markers.

Week One (give or take) - Posting:
Any person on this board may submit an a marker of the chosen category. Post one photo of one marker. Along with it, include a build/spec list if you like. You must own the marker.

Week Two (give or take) - Nominating:
All persons who wish to vote will choose a marker they wish to see move forward to the final poll round of the contest. You may NOT pick yourself in this round. If you already see a marker moving forward, you don't have to post, as you'll have an opportunity to vote the final vote. It only takes one vote here to advance a marker to a final round.

Week Three and Four - Polling:
I will create a new thread titled, [POLL] MOTM [month][category]. In this thread you will be able to vote, in a poll, to determine who has the Marker of the Month and will advance to the Marker of the Year contest.

    Additional Notes:
    - If there is a tie at the end of the poll week, a tie breaker will be held.
    - Only the top 10 (number of likes) nominated markers will advance into a poll round. If there are two markers tied for the tenth spot, or three for ninth, etc etc... they will be excluded. This is the easier way to make it work with the forum polling options.
    - With the forums new "comment" feature, it doesn't make my life any harder if you want to commend on a specific marker, but please do keep these to "comments" and not "quotes" or additional posts.
    - I ask that all "posts" only be submissions. As mentioned above, comments are fine.
    - If you win a MOTM contest, you must still own the marker for the MOTY contest or your slot will go to the runner up (this will trickle down). (If second place was tied, the month will just be excluded.)
    - If you have any questions, please PM me.

Got many kills with this guy during the first game of the year. Looking forward to running it on 12ies all summer.

Is that a Slice kit? I'm trying to decide on a pump kit for my Sniper build.

Jordan That is a Slice kit. Similar to mine in the post above, only his has delrin front & back caps on the handle. You can get them in a number of configurations/combinations with either metal or delrin caps.

Jordan It's a nice kit, for sure. I didn't see the point in going above the bronze level, but for certain builds it would make sense.

          My purple pumpmag.

History: This is a important gun for me. Its what got me into playing pump. I built from pieces in 1998/1999. It is the first automag I owned. It was built as a pump it has never been a semi. Everything was new at that time. Body, valve, pump came from AGD. Rail, VA, barrel and foregrip came from another dealer who i cant recall. Over the years the only part that has changed is the triggerframe. From the original agd single to a purple benchmark double to the current M86.

I think you need to enter only one in the contest. I love the silver cocker, it would be my pick

One of my all time favorite guns from this period. Had this one a long time and it just puts a smile on my face every time I shoot it.
