I am really at a loss for words... This is surreal. I can't believe I was even nominated.

I have no idea who nominated me, but I wonder if it was someone from that group from Slim's last event when I was telling a small group how much I really wanted a nice brass marker.

Thank you so much to whoever thought I would be worthy enough of a nomination and an especially huge thank you to Walz (and your wife!), your generosity is truly humbling.

It will take me a bit of time to make these as I am just starting to help a friend rough frame a house he's building tommorrow so I won't have a lot of free time to spare but will do my best..
I also have a 30'x72' greenhouse to rebuild in wood as the metal structure we had didn't like the snow load....crashed and burned this winter.one more thing I need to get done at the same time Is add a 16' 80' leanto on the side of my shop...don't even want to talk about he price of wood.....
always busy up here, what's retirement again....

Wait... Wut? Is there going to be a build thread on the green house, too? Seriously, I know I am not the only one who followed your shop build thread. You give some of us hope that even though things get complicated when you get past 18... sometimes you can live your life and realize your dreams.

I suspect other things are at the front of the line. There are only so many good days for construction as you move north. I an looking forward to a construction thread. (Friend's place and Mrs. Walz greenhouse rebuild.) Not because it had to be done, but I want to see the process and the finished project. Based on his past builds I am in awe of his accomplishments.
