Anybody know a shop with a website that isn't facebook?
Just need basic black for a few parts, nothing fancy.

I used Arc. Ryan is on Facebook and Instagram, no website, but I just emailed him at: Arcanodizing@gmail.com

Ryan is really good at getting back in a reasonable amount of time.

Yeah he's quite responsive compared to others, quality work too. I've been waiting for Blizzard to get back to me for like 3 years lol

Hellion360 Use’s a company that’s really good. They do a lot of industry work and are super responsive from what I have been told.

If you look in his FS thread there are a bunch of examples of there work. After Slims I’m pulling my Phantom apart to send to them I want that Fly Deep Maroon color on my custom Phantom.

That guy is squared away, and I was planning to hit him up anyway. I will see what he says.

If all you need is a basic black, no finishing/polishing etc. I suggest looking in your local directories under anodizing. I found a place nearby that does window extrusions and some basic accent parts for car and motorcycle enthusiasts. They have been in business a LONG time, had a very low vat fee, did great work with a super fast 2 day turnaround at the time.

That's a good idea, probably what I am looking for.

Precision Color Techniques. Used them some years back for just single color one offs, but they did great and prices super fair.

If you are doing gloss black then PCT is a really good choice.

I had some Chrome grip frames that were a mess. I asked several well known paintball anodizers for a quote to strip them and finish them with a dust black. Every quote was more than it would have cost to just buy brand new frames. I called my local Cerakote place to see if they would strip it, then I would send it off for anodizing. He talked me into letting him cerakote them as well, which I was against at first until he showed me some of his work. Long story short, he took about 2 weeks and they are great. The coating is super strong and I am extremely happy with it.

I since had a Mag done in chameleon and he will be doing a handful of my cockers as soon as I get some back from a machinist. The guy I went to does mail in work, but you could also check locally for Cerakote shops.

The shop I go to and highly recommend: https://www.barefootcustomcoatings.com/

Not to thread hijack, but what's the ballpark folks paid to have stuff anodized in the past from some of the typical names in paintball?

I know it will vary based on number of parts and how complicated of a pattern you want, but just curious what people had done and what it cost to get a ballpark idea.

Not a hijack, that is a solid relevant question. I will post my quote for basic black on raw parts from a quality shop, you can ballpark from there.
