From what I recall, this isn't out of the ordinary for them. -
They are still open. The website is often times not up-to date with what they actually have in stock. They might not have what is needed to fulfill your order. Give them a call!

I am in the same boat. Called last week and apparently some parts were not anodized yet, others need assembly Yada Yada. Basically, still there, just obviously not really super focused"but we all have electros and you guys only have pumps, this wont be fair"
