I ziptie a mount to the where the vizor should attach, and I take two arms and move it over and down, so that it sits between my two eyebrows. This means that it is very close to eye level, just slightly above it, but it also means it is moved forward several inches from my eyes I actually end up hitting my face on my marker pretty frequently when I play tight though, so it might not be as far forward as it first looks
As to how do I like it, well I have two cameras the Gopro Hero 3+ Black and recently I added a Gopro Hero 5 Black. With the 5 in a skeleton case I love it, as it is easy to use, easy to get to the memory card and batteries, etc. With the 3+ Black using a skeleton case and a lens cap it is also nice but, a bit more annoying as the camera doesn't detect it's orientation so if I don't set it to upside down mode before I record I have to fix it in post. Using them in the rain though makes the 3+ black super frustrating as the dive housing takes up a huge amount of room and really moves the camera several inches more forward. The 5 being waterproof, I don't bother with the dive housing, it seems to survive getting shot and getting wet fine.
The clips with the Dark Angel and Automag are Hero 5 clips, everything else was Hero 3+ clips, I drilled holes in my dive housing for the hero 3+ so IMO the sound quality between the dive housing and skeleton housing clips with the Hero 3+ is indistinguishable so I don't really know which clips have which case on them unless it is clearly rainingComment
