I stumbled across a word new to me today: Argot which can be defined as the language used by a particular type or group of people : an often more or less secret vocabulary and idiom peculiar to a particular group

What words or phrases related to paintball in general and MCB fit this description?

"words or phrases related to paintball" would be Jargon - Argot is more for a complete (secret) language
