Paintball pants with thigh protection?

Several layers of duct tape help. Works great to stiffen baggy areas makes a good crotch protector

I know they make padded shorts for mountain biking. I would think those would be very flexible and some have thigh protection like your looking for, and usually a padded bum as well. Might be worth looking at.
