    VintageRX Security Warning

Anyone else getting this when they try VintageRex.com? I think I got one of these about a month ago when I tried to look for something and forgot to mention it here.

They use an HTTPS:\\ address and their certification has expired. Whoever maintains the site needs to renew the cert or you can get around it by going to advanced and accepting the risk.

Do I remember correctly that Carter or the MCB community runs that?

Carter is the owner/admin of VintageRex. And I'm pretty sure, at one point, he had been allowing some members here, to update info and add pictures.

Thanks for letting me know. Let me check on fixing this. Just a certificate expiration, definitely one of those things the internet did that was partially worthless. To be forced to secure a site where you don't force people to log-in and no personal information is exchanged is just silly.

I hear you. I'm actually surprised that Google doesn't punish your search rank for using non-Google certs. They do that for non-Adsense advertisements. They have a monopoly on the internet.
