A fitting start, the gun that got me hooked and the only gun I owned from 1999 to 2004. Hasn't seen the field, or even around the house shooting in god only knows how long, I'd guess at least 7 years. Shot fine today, given how long it had been, and how long it had been since I shot anything with a power feed I could barely hit the broad side of a barn but we had fun.

F4 is checked off the list!

For 9.6V batteries, I've had good experiences with Maha Powerex. For best results, use a charging base. Based on (pun intended) a post about batteries (either on old MCB or PBN), I picked up an Opus BT-C96 charger.

Forgot to snap a picture from this weekend but since I was travelling for a big game went with reliable guns. Brought the Gargoyle and Emek. Paint was bad enough I wasn't playing SC in a crowded swamp so the Emek got play time.

USED so far- Gargoyle, S6 Prototype, emek, F4

Need to use - KP, Vector, Procarbine, Tracer, 007 #1, Green Dragon (Ditto Deuce)

Wife's guns that haven't seen the light of day in far too long - Duckslide, Fusion, 007 #2

That's great. Luckily mine is the empire version so it's already AC threaded. I'm thinking given my other options for nelson based pumps in going to try that one as a single loading first strike gun.

Attempted to use:

PPS Hurricane - brought to field, didn't work. Didn't use. Gave up on getting the stock LPR working (Glenn era, pre-Rock components, nothing standardized, plus PPS is closed for business), gutted it, am running a bullet WGP instead. Works great now. 🙂

Used successfully this season:

Single shot - used for several games, had lots of fun, got one player out (maybe, player may have just ran out of paint and walked off 😏).

Sheridan pump - used for several games, worked well. Need to practice more (git gud, son!).

KP2 - used at a local Pump only night, worked great.
