Can't pick just one, good old fashioned M81 woodland is the most all around effective in my experience in the Oklahoma woods. Realtree just makes me smile, Kryptek looks so badass, guess I'm the only ATACS fan here.

While I love the nostalgia of traditional Vietnam Era Tiger Stripe I have found I have shifted to A-TACS FG for practicality.

I've no experience with the pattern in paintball, but I have seen enough folks wearing it out and about in the bush here to have a really good feel for its effectiveness. I really like the look of AU and FG, and some of my nylon gear is in in those patterns. However, they tend to blend together into one solid color at any appreciable distance and do a terrible job of breaking up one's silhouette.

Tiger stripe Is definitely my favorite but I really like Timber Ghost the stuff that looks like tree bark. It works great on Paintball fields because it kind of looks like dried up paint at distance it blends great.

My two favourite, is DPM or British MTP, the two on either end, MTP being a DPM/multicam hybrid

I do seem to have something for most occasions though.
