Exciting stuff! Ledz definitely seems to have a mature and wise approach to running the business. Knowing everyone's name and dropping names for those that weren't present reveals that he wants them to be appreciated not just as a business but as individuals that make it successful. The passion for the sport paired with their individual skill sets (Ledz business savvy, Jack Wood's engineering, etc.) has certainly been a successful recipe.
