    Thin neoprene tank covers

Who’s making thin neoprene tank covers these days? I bought a Ninja branded cover for my 68, now needing 2 more, looks like they’re discontinued. I don’t like the butt covers or anything bulky. Looking at older tanks with exposed glaze, they look yellowish. I figure UV has some effect on the gel coat so I want full coverage. ANS has Valken covers that look thin, anyone try them?

I use an older Valken cover and--assuming the ANS ones are an iteration of that style--it is what you are looking for. It covers the entire bottle and is thin enough that you won't notice it is there. Mine has a couple small holes after 3-4 seasons of use, but nothing too concerning.

Edit: Just looked closer at what ANS has available and they still sell the exact one I have: https://www.ansgear.com/2015_Valken_...CABEgLHh_D_BwE . The 68 CI size fits my SL77. The only thing I dislike about mine is that it didn't come in plain black.

Ginger dynamics makes some but they basically just wrap around the sides don’t really cover much of the tank. I feel like every time I have chipped a tank it’s in the front by the neck area. They don’t really cover that area.

I see what you mean. Not a bad option for those who like tank grips.

You could always hit the logo with a sharpie marker so it’s not so in your face.

I have that exact tank cover. I don’t think the logo is that bad. Good tank cover. Might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere though.

I’m going to order a couple and see. I’ll probably just get over the branding.
