9ci & 8.5ci tanks. Where do I find one in stock?

I'm trying to order an 8.5ci (preferred) or 9ci HPA tank and I can't seem to find any. Everyone is out of stock. I've tried,

    - eBay and MCB. I see one for sale on eBay and someone here would probably sell me one if I asked, but I'd prefer new since I can't guaranteed the fields I travel to believe in the 2x2 rule.

    1) Does anyone know where I can get one?

    2) Does anyone know why they are all out of stock?

Every where I look shows that bottle as being discontinued. You may only have the "used" option at the moment. It's a fairly common sized tank for rescue air applications in SCUBA but I am unsure where you would find one.

even the airgun community abandoned this size of tank in favor of built in air chambers, such a small supply of air. might be easier to find an airgun tank than PB tank, usually the airgun tanks are M18 thread though which is different than the 5/8 used in paintball.

Post up a WTB most likely going to have to find one used. Maxtac sold out years ago and never did another run. Before that it was SapirAir rescue breather but those tanks were fatter than 2” and required rehydro. Tippman released a batch not long ago they are your best bet. Cheap with a good reg I think they sold them around $60. Max Tac I payed $90 for mine. And I payed $97 for a 10ci bottle (just the bottle to) from one of the mag fed site’s but those are long gone as well.

Best bet is to find one used. But with the lifetime hydro they are good investments. 9ci is perfect for a phantom and Joyride setup. You can shoot the pack empty with a good paint to bore match with a hot 3k fill. I love it for cold weather play.

Those Tippman tanks are set to 800psi from the factory so they work good for most co2 markers as well. The regs while a lil long work real good.
