    Think it'll pass hydro?

    There's a slight nick in the shell, think it'll still pass hydro?



    (Found this on another board, poster thought it was an SCBA tank. He found it out hiking somewhere, says it's been there two years. Looks to me like somebody poked it with birdshot from a 12-gauge. )
