    could anyone identify this mask?

    It drives me crazy all day ....

    Is it an older dye axis?

      The whole image looks AI ish.

      Looks like a dye i3/4 mashed up with a flex 8

          That could explain it. It was killing me because the cheek looks like JT Flex 8 but those are not Flex 8 goggles but look more like Dye's.

          Could be one of the Chinese knock offs too that aren't safe for anything.

              One key detail on the mask ruling it out from being a Dye / Proto is where the strap connects. In the Dye / Proto goggles, the strap connects (and is visible) closer to the dot at the periphery of the lens.

              I'm pretty sure it's a Tippmann Valor in black with maybe a replacement strap, and without the visor.

                    Looking at the shape in the picture, I can't tell if it's the Valor or the Intrepid. However, I can't find any evidence that the Intrepid came in a solid black variant, vice a two tone.

                      I've gone through the mask catalogue at ANS and found nothing that would look alike...
