Do you have any heavy assets? And How do you transport them in very big games?

I needed to resolve this question with my 300 kg AT gun. We got a nice wrangler at our disposal. How do you solve similar problems? I don't think you leave your stuff at one place the whole game?

Thanks a lot! We are aiming to make even more affordable AT assets or mortars. ATGs are one of the most expensive assets though. Arty with 300+ range would be quite insane - but doable!

I simply drive my Abrahms to the field.

Just kidding. I (sadly) don't have an Abrahms.

I get pretty jealous when I see this sort of thing along with tracked vehicles mixing it up with people in paintball videos from Europe. I think the lawyers and insurance here keep that kind of thing to a minimum.

Oregon supergame still does tanks. As long as the conditions and insurance allows that is. They had one year where they couldn't get insurance figured out in time and the next year it rained so much they were concerned the tanks would get stuck (there's a decent amount of hills on the tank paths)

Are the tanks required to stay on certain roads or areas to separate them from players on foot? Any homemade cannons allowed?

Morgenstern There are tank roads they have to stick to. Players are required to stay back a certain distance (10 or 15 feet i cant remember) from the tanks when they roll through. Tank ref will call players out if they don't abide by the stay back rule.

Otherwise the tank roads are all playable territory by the pedestrians.

Back before this was uh... retired to civilian use I built it deliberately to fit into the back of my Xterra. It doesn't quite fit as nice in my jeep.

Is this "anti tank"? Or radio control paintball sentinel?? We are going to need more details please! Whatever it is... it's probably the coolest use of a power wheelchair base I've seen yet.

I'd flip over a robot too if it shot me in the nuts.

Sounds like even inexpensive electronic warfare measure can stop it right away. Or even a "cheap" paintball mine

The electronic brain of it was emp rated .

We uh... were working on this originally for a darpa contest for low cost drones. The paintball aspect was after that contract expired and we didn't win.

              I wear many hats.

Wish we still had it but this is me in the driver seat of South Carolina Roadkill's Geo Tracker converted to an M3 Grant (will try and find pictures of the whole tank). This was a great paintball tank I drove primarily via hidden remote cameras (you can see the monitor in white on the dashboard above my right hand. Two main guns (Nerf Rockets) made from schedule 40 aluminum pipe with manual diaphragm dump valves. We towed it and another tank with one of our several 1Ton pickups we had on the team. On the field well its a "tank" it propelled itself. I have been wanting to build a fresh tank but really do not have any good venues to use one except Fulda Gap and I do not want to go through the expense and hassle for one game a year.
