Ordering From Palmer's

Has anyone ordered anything from Palmer's lately?

I friend of mine ordered some parts several weeks back from the web site and hasn't heard anything since.

They don't seem to be replying to emails either.

I know Craig closed the shop but I thought he was still taking parts orders through the web site.

From what I recall, PPS is dead dead. Not sure why the site is still up.

I'm given to understand that most of the remaining inventory is stored at Glenn's. I'd imagine that orders are filled when he or Craig have the time, and can find it in the boxes.

I'd say have patience. I've heard they refund if the item is out of stock, so it may take a little longer, but one way or another they still make good.

Last time I ordered was on November 5th which was delivered later that week. I've had luck ordering on a Sunday and typically see it shipped out Monday or Tuesday. I've only had 1 order over the past few months that was missed. I just used PayPal to request the refund and got it right away.

I ordered a couple o ring kits for their reg and received them within a few weeks. Order was placed on the website on November 3rd.

Bought a Sheridan valve tool from them back on 15th of August and received it 24th

Yeah, I think I am gonna chance an order myself, I figure if they don't have it I will probably get a refund, might as well stock up while I can, I assume that once the stock is sold that is gonna be it, though I would love to hear of new parts being made even it is just regulators being made on a lathe in the garage.

They are still filling orders, but it is just Craig and Lori in their free time I think.
Definitely slow going, but things are moving.
