    Who's got the best gloves???

My pair of dye gloves from around 2000 are getting pretty ratty and I think it's time to get a new pair. Who makes a good glove nowadays? Looking for full finger.

I use cheap ace hardware gloves. Think they were 2 pairs for $10.

I've got several pairs of Mechanix Gloves in various forms... I like them over paintball specific handwear, they seem to last longer.
And God turned to Gabriel and said: β€œI shall create a land called Canada of outstanding natural beauty, with majestic mountains soaring with eagles, sparkling lakes abundant with bass and trout, forests full of elk and moose, and rivers stocked with salmon. I shall make the land rich in oil so the inhabitants prosper and call them Canadians, and they shall be praised as the friendliest of all people.”

β€œBut Lord,” asked Gabriel, β€œIs this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, β€œJust wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them."

I skip paintball tailored softgoods (except the pants, shoutout to Undr) because it’s generally cheap garbage. Especially the gloves. I know, it’s all cheap garbage, but the large brand paintball softgoods are impressively awful.

I like to go to cycling/motocross gloves as every pair I’ve bought has lasted me longer than a year. Gyro and 100% in my experience make quality gloves in all sorts of colors and with or without padding, full finger and not.

I love my Siebertron SOLAG gloves off Amazon. I have a weird finger length to palm width ratio, so I prefer half-finger gloves, but they do make both full finger and shooter gloves (half finger index and middle with the rest full).

Whatever the cheapest full finger gloves I stumble across at Tractor Supply, Home Depot or Lowes. that fit. I literally have a bag full of full finger gloves to chose from and I use them until I get holes in the finger tips then toss them. I do not have dedicated paintball gloves just gloves and some of those gloves get used for paintball.

I just use whatever full-finger gloves they're selling at the field for less than $20. I think the ones I currently have are maybe Socal.

Pretty much every paintball glove is made by the same company in India, MR Safia..... Doesn't matter who it's them.

Personally..... I rarely wear gloves unless it's super cold then I where leather shooting gloves by Cabela's..... probably also made by MR Safia.

As far as paintball gloves go, I use the full finger Exalt with the bones on them. They protect better than any others I've tried. But they do wear out around the wrist from pulling them on and off. But they last me usually around two years. I have the CRBN gloves and they are super thin and don't feel like you have anything on but they don't protect very well. I have an old pair of Evil gloves that are great but bulky too. I think that there are probably alternative companies like the ones mentioned above that make non-PB gloves that are better. If you want true PB gloves that protect and work the Exalt are the best choice. Just know they will likely need to be replaced at some point in the not too distant future, unlike your Dye's.

I have been using the exalt death grip full finger as well. I love the grip and protection of these gloves. Back when I used to play in the early 2000s i had jt gloves and dye gloves that i enjoyed as much as these. The sides of the fingers started to go on me after 2 1/2 years, and the velcro was beginning to be ineffective and one of the bones started peeling off but i glued it back together. I just got a new pair but im going to run these until they're dead.

Fyi... The thin carbon gloves are pretty much the same as the ansell hyflex with kevlar work gloves out of McMaster.... If you can tolerate the lack of s "cool" logo they are like $10

I use the same ones but the two finger version. Like them so much that I got a second set for the big game my team does so I can have a pair of dry gloves for the second day. I have had my original set for around 3 years, haven't had the wear issues cyber mentioned

I usually buy a lot of paintball-specific soft goods but I too find paintball gloves to be cheaply made. That's why the only brand I use are Mechanix gloves and never looked back.
