STBB with eyes id and board options

So, got this little thing from SETHZILLA! The other day. Still trying to track down what it exactly is but the board has been non responsive so far. I don't have a lot of hope for it but the weird thing is this marker has eyes. So, trying to figure out what it is and also if there's any other frame/board I could potentially swap in and be able to use the eyes

The back fin looked like a JT Excellerator so I searched to see if there were any with eyes and stumbled upon these threads:

Those look very similar but yours looks a little different in the rear of the top tube and uses a Spyder style front block. If the board looks the same as yours, you may try giving it 12v to see if it works with that.

It's close but looking through Google I'm not seeing any with eyes. I wouldn't be surprised if that's a spyder front block on it so I wouldn't rely on it for id. And yes I've been trying with 12v . The board has a 9v harness and a battery pack for 2 AAA batteries

Based on the reddit threads, I'd wager it's an ACI blind rage.. but there's almost no workiing links anymore in the threads to be sure.

Depends on the clapper solenoid that ACI used. I suspect there's a reason the board needs 12v and not 9.6

Found a spec sheet for it, now I kind of want to try and track down an original working board to play around with that weird ramping mode

-30 bps board
-Hard safety and soft safety
-Semi eyes on
-Semi eyes off
-Ramping eyes on. Ramping has an exclusive "static" programming feature.
at 6 bps the gun starts to ramp to 15 bps. If you increase the trigger

that ramping mode kinda sounds a lot like the "cheater boards" that were out around that time.
