I think Alex's thread had been bumped by a new poster - it was already old at that point - and there was some discussion in-thread about necroposts and what the record (at that time) was for reviving a post. I thought it would be funny if the post got bumped, again, 5 years later (setting a new record)... but alas, the asshole who hacked the forum deprived everyone of that laugh.

I was guilty as well, searching for the oldest existing thread I could find just to bump it.
