Custom Milling

Anyone have any recommendations as to who can do some custom milling for a shocker body and/or projects

Looking for possibly a tube style shocker body with cut outs as well as having an intimidator blank made

Sounds like the old UL milling that was being done to all sorts of markers back in the day

That's all CNC work for shockers. There were a few guys doing that exact mod but it's not offered anymore. While I have a CNC and the ability to it's just not cost effective.

Hmm, what would be a rough price to have the two above referenced projects realized?

I charge $250 an hour to reverse engineer things with no prints and $100 an hour machine time. Materials excluded.

That's my standard rate for my shop time which isn't all paintball. Right now though I don't see my cnc's freeing up till September possibly October. Running contract work currently.

I use Mozak and BMC fabrication, depending on who has the time.
Pretty standard autococker stuff though, don't know if they do shockers.

BMC and Mozak are both good. I agree though, I am not sure they would want to do this.

Doc can do custom milling too but it would be on a manual mill

While it is something I could probably do, I have other things I'd like to tackle at the moment. It would also be really expensive with out having a whole bunch of them lined up to do.

Will he actually reply at this point? Many of us have tried reaching out to him about various things in the past few years and it's been radio silence. I was told nmag frames were actually done 2 years ago but the matching ASAs were the hold up.
