    Recall Claims from Shocker Paintball

Anyone have any experience on getting warranty claims from Shocker paintball? I have Jimmydee's shocker and it has a recalled part. I've emailed Smart Parts and tried to contact them on Facebook a while ago and heard nothing back. Is there a Canadian Shocker Paintball rep I should be contacting?

Which version? They might not honor the recall anymore

The Shocker RSX recall for the faulty piece that goes flying out of the back.

        Still listed on their website:
        https://shockerpaintball.com/warranty-and-service/

I’d assume they’d know the number of units produced and made an equal number if replacement parts…. But that might be giving Shocker too much credit.

BrickHaus - apparently it's a "the back comes flying out of the marker" type of issue, thus the recall, so it's not safe to use the marker at all.

Cuda. I know. The firing can cracked and separated on an early one thus the recall. Honestly though, it's only a 250psi ish rocket, and you are wearing a mask anyways.. I'm totally kidding. But also, if that can is still in there, chances are it's fine.

BrickHaus - you're probably right. It did shoot quite nicely. I should inspect the piece and see if there's any cracks. Just hard to sell to someone knowing the issue. It's not even my marker though.
      Working...
