Paintball timeline, something does not look right....

Is it me, or do some of these early dates look about 20 years off...

Yup, AI crap, not one thing on it is right. With the vaguely possible exception of the advent of Planet Eclipse, which I know was definitely around as of '96, and possibly the advent of Tippmann. The latter was around before '86, but it was Tippmann Ordinance, and made 1/4-scale models of working firearms. (As in belt-fed machine guns.) The ban on new manufacture machine guns in '86 led to their pivot over to paintball, as Tipmann Pneumatics.

... Anybody read the comments? Or rather, comment? Says it was posted fourteen years ago. So probably not AI.

Love how the first markers were produced before 12g carts.

Apparently we just charged the markers with wishing and hope for like 3 years

Whenever I see AI generated things like this or punk bands I've read biographies about and I know times, dates, and locations are jumbled or wrong. Gives me a little glimmer of hope we'll hold out from the AI overlords. Nice try, Skynet
