I saw a paintball friend today. He said he has already been to the local field this year. He casually mentions that he bought another autococker this winter that somebody had written their name on... I said he should be able to get the name off without too much damage. Then he told me the name on the side.... Bud Orr. And, yes he does know! Sheesh! (He was unsure if the seller knew.)

He told me what he paid and I thought he stole it.(He thought so, too.)

I am now curious... what is the going rate for a Bud Orr signed cocker?

But what is the Cocker that is signed? I don't think much value is added by the signature

In some cases it could detract from the value......

So much for my over valued thoughts. In my mind that signature increased the value. I will have to ask which cocker the next time I see him.

Paintball people are not celebrities and putting a value on their signature is difficult because it is a niche signature on a niche item in a niche hobby with people that collect only certain things. If he signed one of his personal markers and it came with a note stating this was his.. that might actually be worth something. But if it was just a random pro stock or an '98 Right feed or something like that it's pretty much worth what it is

Yeah I agree, the signature is really only valuable to collectors
