I have a buddy who does this. He loops his gun/tank/loader through some straps on the back of the backpack, pod pack with pods around that, and mask looped over the barrel. Everything else gets stuff in the bag. You definitely don't want to run with that thing, but it works for carrying everything between the car and field

I got my Phantom in a bag setup. I use a Planet Eclipse back pack to hold cleats and soft goods clip my mask by the strap to the top handle and clip my marker VSC Phantom to the outside but the straps for the bag.i bring this whenever I travel so I can find new fields to play at. I get one full setup in this with everything I need to play. Jersey , pants, pads, cleats mask Tools marker and a 50 case of 12g/ HPA tank. I clip the marker to the outside using those straps wrapped in a large microfiber towel for protection.

These bags are the best. I use them for car travel and paintball. They go on sale ~twice a year.

i used to shlep a rigid case with all my equipment to the field. At one field, we had the take a chairlift to the top and it sucked so hard...
since then, i went to a backpack and never went back to the rigid case.

I'm a cheap bastard and I use a garbage-tier, bright orange crossbody bag (kinda like this) for both my gearbag and pod belt (what are these things called?). I just have a caribiner on the top handle that I hook around the trigger guard when I lug it around.

Bout 9 months ago, I switched from a PE roller bag to this:

              https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMZPJG94...tle&th=1&psc=1

It carries a gun (in a PE soft bag), tank, hopper, pads, harness, tools, cleats, and an Exalt mask bag. I've only used it 3 times, but it's worked pretty well so far. It can be used both as a backpack and a duffel bag. It doesn't feel super tough, but I don't think it's going to have much of a problem taking stuff from my closet to my car to a table and back.

so i have both the hk army xl expand bag. i used that for my speedball and bring a buddy days. i use a 3 day pack from highland tactical that i found at an over stock store like ross, marshalls, and tj max for 30$ for my solo days. I usually play pump and magfed on the solo days and i can fit my pants, shirt, knee pads and battle belt and everything i need in the backpack. i clip my mask case to the molle and i have an small admin pouch i use for spare barrel condoms and tools for adjusting velocity. i usually just take a bag or 2 of paint with me when i play solo.

I’ve got that PE GX2 backpack and I love it. I can fit two sets of gear in it without expanding it, I just hang the masks off the MOLLE loops using carabiners.

I find it a good size as well. It’s a compromise between a standard backpack and one that’s too large. I used to have an old Empire backpack and you could fit a whole case of paint in the main compartment, convenient but way too big for any other use. I feel like I can use the GX2 as a normal backpack when not paintballing which is nice.

Went down this road at one time when my days of play were more random [less planned], so I could throw the bag into my car and go. I ended up settling on a large TSA-compliant Backpack Laptop bag for a 17" laptop (Targus). It worked better for me as I could configure/pack it how I wanted. I could get everything I needed to play with my Pyre and Blazer, minus my goggles, which I just hung off the back with carabiners in Exalt hard cases. It was cheaper than a dedicated paintball bag, so I picked it up on clearance.

I really should go back to this. I just played yesterday and took way more gear than I needed because I played with my Pyre all day. It would make my life easier if I did.
