    PMI Piranha Long Barrel

Hi! I'm new to the forum and returning to paintball after a "short" hiatus. This is the first paintball gun I ever bought, a PMI Piranha LB, back in 1990. It's in excellent shape, and in looking for parts to play with it again I stumbled across this forum. I still have the original tank, although I had to send it in Palmer's Pursuit for some TLC a while back. I played with it pretty regularly through the early '90s, other guns have come and gone but I'll always keep this one.

Last time I took it out was too long ago and I think I'm going to see if I can't find someplace around here to play again.

Welcome to MCB. That's a beautiful piece of brass!

Since you're dead set on keeping it, I moved this thread from the sales section over to the Dead Zone for general paintball topics.

Crosman just got acquired and shut down their Sheridan aftermarket support earlier this year, so spare parts have gotten a little harder to find, but they're out there.

Thanks! I just realized that I had posted in the wrong place and was trying to figure out how to move it! 😁

Some barrel mods for rollouts and a little love and you'll be good to go. We have lots of brass wizards around here who can do some real magic. Where is "someplace"?

Oh yeah, I should have asked about location. We have groups all over the place. If you're close to PA and MD, my team, The Expandables, hosts and attends events in the Harrisburg, Eastern PA, and Maryland (OXCC) region. Jonny's up in New England. The Northeast is a real stock class haven

I actually started off in Connecticut, it was pretty big on the east coast back then.

An interesting example of a completely left-handed Piranha. Quite rare, as I understand it.

Bro that thing is sick! I wouldn't let go of it either. Give it the necessary TLC to get it shooting, take it to a modern field and thoroughly confuse the young'uns.
