... You might be a Paintballer.

If you've ever found a whole marker hidden in the sofa cushions...

If you've ever modified a marker so much, you could reassemble the complete original gun with all the old parts...

If the cloth seats of your truck have odd, faint pink and lime-green stains on them...

If you've ever worn your mask while using a chainsaw or weedwhacker...

If your wife has never once asked you about those hickeys on your neck...

If you have more gear in the garage than vehicles...

If there's faint dents on the inside of your garage door...

If you own more tools for working on your gear, than you do to work on your vehicles... you might be a paintballer.

    Let's hear some more!

If you've ever found a marker that you forgot that you purchased

If you have ever gotten a marker to work on from a customer and realized whoever worked on it before you happened to use the same color o rings that you do. Then realize that you sold this marker to another customer years ago

If the 3 day paintball even requires a trailer to bring all the gear you want to bring

If the 10/32 tap in your kit is clearly used the most

If you can taste paint when you are explaining that one time you got hit in the mask

When you realize you can put together a complete wrench kit with just the spares in the bottom of your toolbox

If your favorite marker is older than any of your children...

If you've used more than three different propellants to fire a paintball...

If on any given drive, you pass by a place where you've played ball...

If you drive by a house or building and can remember playing ball there when it was still woods...

If you've ever paused or rewound a video to confirm the actor is using a paintball gun...

If you actually have a rack system of some kind to store/display your markers... You might be a paintballer.

When you are an MCB paintballer:

When your kids have shot a wider variety of markers that most the local players at the field.

When your wife doesn’t bat an eye when you’re off to pick up a gear package at 9:30 at night.

When your six year old has already claimed a marker from your collection.

When someone asks what you like to do, and before you can answer your wife interjects and says "Paintball"... you might be a paintballer.

if you buy a K-frame for a project, and when you open the box to put the new frame with the rest of the project you find a K-frame inside ... 🙄

If you know the difference between a PMI-3 and a VM-68...

If you still think of a PGP as having a tight bore...

If you know who Bud, Glenn and Tom are, without needing to hear a last name...

If you own anything personally made by Bud, Glenn or Tom...

If you own any actual published, printed material purchased in a bookstore or off a newsstand, concerning paintball...

If you've ever played around on a field made of giant sewer pipes...

If your back fence has permanent dark blue stains... You might be an old paintballer.

I think we can safely add Jack and Simon to that list of names.

You can spot a PMI-3 because the ASA has gotten bent towards the barrel and is no longer parallel.

If you've ever moved a piece of furniture or appliance and found a least of couple of paintballs underneath.

If you have that one tree in the back yard that's slightly paler than the others with funny streaks of pink and yellow.

If you'e ever said some variation of "tube is tube" while also owning several barrel kits.

If you've not used your dining room / kitchen table in months because it's covered in markers, tools, and other bits.

If you think of your real life friends more by their online handles than their actual names.

If you need to plan life events around your planned events.

If you have the various towns you play in pinned to your weather app, even if it's once a year.

If you ever bought a complete marker just for one part on it.

When you complain that your balls are not big enough. Or swollen due to the heat.

You find a mysterious box in the garage and it has parts for 3 complete markers.

If you have used leftover PMI, RP Scherer and Marballizer boxes to store documents and other stuff in your garage cause they are really good boxes.

If you've ever regged your remote down enough to run a roofing nailer because you didn't want to drag an air line up to the roof.

I used my 20LB CO2 tank, that I used to use for filling smaller tanks, at a junkyard once. Ran it through a spare Max Flow to run a die grinder with a cut-off wheel.

That same tank is currently on my MIG welder.
