My son was watching that the other day. I would have given that guy an earfull about small paint If that was me, but I think Matt is to young to even realize the truth behind the great small ball conspiracy!

Love him or hate him his Videos have really done allot to inspire another generation of players to get off the screen and on the field. I can't think of another you tuber covering paintball like he does. its also been a great insight into the grind that is trying to work your way into tournament ball.

Drcemento I also can appreciate the level he goes to to "expose" paintball to the younger kids. Always pretty upbeat and drama free from what I've seen. Also keeps the misinformation to a minimum but he is still a salesman at the end of the day.

I've gotten over faulting you tubers for being salesman. anyone who's ever tried to make a decently edited video knows its a spectacular amount of work. if you can make a living doing it more power to you, as long as your transparent about it.

Drcemento You are right though... That's a good perspective. It's extremely time consuming and I do see why companies get behind him, it seems like a very good use of advertising dollars compared to more traditional methods.

TLDR; He says poppet valves actually do cause paint to fly with a "drop shot," balls fly significantly straighter through a 16" barrel, and modern paintballs are made from cooking oil (he learned nothing from visiting Kore's plant). The testing methods are worse than even the worst flat-earthers.

I physically recoiled when I saw that title. I like Matt's videos and like others have said he seems like a decent dude, but this one hurt me right in the science.

This is why I pick and choose videos from him. Some stuff is interesting/entertaining and other stuff is just dumb.
