I have a Nummech macro elbow that leaks air no matter what. It leaks out of the macro line port, even with copious amounts of oil. Whats the process of rebuilding one of these?

If they are anything like the CCM there should be a little sealing oring under the collar. If you sand the line or take the edge off the cut so it’s not as sharp and grease the line when you insert it will be less likely to cut the sealing surface.
Dow55 works great for those kids of leaks. (It has swelling properties) amazing for leaky 3 ways that won’t seal up.Comment

If these are anything like a standard macroline fitting, then there is an oring under the collar that needs replacing. Use a small flathead screwdriver and twist/pry up the collar to remove it. Use a pick tool to pull out the oring, and replace it with a size 010. Oil, and pop the collar back in.Slinging paint since 1992Comment
