$71 for a used stock Phantom pump handle is wild. I think I'll go with EV for $40 new. Stuff you can't buy anymore I understand sure; you make the market whatever you want but that's just ridiculous.
His prices are high, but they’re also all over the place. And what’s even stranger to me is that he doesn’t seem to have as firm a grasp on what he is selling as I would think he should have. He mislabels A LOT of items and has no interest in righting them.
I don’t really care for how he manages his inventory, or that he doesn’t respond well (if at all) to any questions, but he has a lot of stuff so its kind of hard to avoid him sometimes.
It'd be so much easier to find things on eBay without him. Gotta say.
For real. I just hope Curated doesn't continue to monopolize the used market & lead to a drain on availability from other sources. If they become the only one that has a thing, then that thing is getting removed from the wishlist.
I was wondering if it was an eBay glitch or something, guess that settles that. I can still see all the items that I've added to my watchlist from the store, so idk how that works if they've been de-listed.
I happen to like Ryan. He is a great dude. If you dont like what he charges then dont buy it. Ebay takes upwards of 15%+ so it isnt easy to make a living on Ebay. You can also make an offer on most of his auctions. Try that sometime. It works.
Any time ive tried to be reasonable and polite he refuses to budge on price. Ive offered to buy directly so we can both avoid the ebay fees and he shot that down too.
I provide screenshots of recent sales of the same items and he still sticks to the original, insane price.
Maybe hes got a decent side, but hes never shown it to me.
have you seen the sheer number of stuff that he deliberately lies about and misrepresents, pulls/swaps parts for generic versions post-sale without telling the customer, etc?
He posts things like stock resurrection or WGP parts as inception or shocktech and refuses to change them when informed, for example.
A lot of people get markers that he does that to, breaking or setting them out of tune in the process, and people get non working guns with missing parts as a result, to which he responds with offers like 10% off another item instead of owning up to what he did.
It's incredibly shady shit. I'm sure he's chill in person, but so are many other people who are very bad to many others, and that shouldn't detract from the weight of their actions imo
Maybe it's just eBay being glitchy? Every once in a while, the store will show like ~25 items randomly, and I can view the item pages of lots of stuff from my watchlist or the "explore related items" or "you may like," and clicking on them takes me to the item still listed.
Edit - It's gotta be a glitch or something, one of those refreshes where it shows ~25 random items there was a trigger that was listed just a couple hours ago.

Don’t know the guy, so my sentiments aren’t personal. My thoughts are related to business and how he manages his. Some businesses are managed better than others. It’s not a slight, its just based on experience and preferences.
