Lonestar M16 Grip Bottomline Adapter Block

So I have a few markers that use the Lonestar M16 'stowaway' grips. I've used CCI 45 grip blocks on a few, and I managed to get my hands on one of the old Taso bottomline adapters that has the 1.25 hole spacing. Thankfully superman was able to send me a duckbill asa to match that hole spacing, but I had a few other markers that I was wanting to put a bottomline onto. Also a few folks here have inquired, and I'm sure there are a lot of markers out there sporting these grips that would be better off with a bottomline instead of a back-bottle. I talked to my friend at work and he was able to create a modern version of the adapter with hole spacing to fit modern ASAs. I think it turned out pretty well, fits great and looks sharp, if you have access to a 3d printer (or a friend with one, lol) you can finally put a bottomline onto that m16 gripped marker.

You will need a longer mounting bolt, and a couple of star washers under the mounting washers help stop them from spinning and allow the mounting bolts to tighten up nice and snug. Enjoy!

In the same boat, although I am not sure I could figure out how to use it anyway.

That came out great I like how the carry strap hole is built into the design.

Anything that keeps the old guns running is great.

I used to buy up old Mokal Mirages on ebay from $10 each, just to strip off the nice Lonestar bottomline they had.
A bunch of fields had closed that were using them as rentals, practically giving them away. I'd pull the adapter then resell as "parts gun".

BWHAHAHAHAHA Oh my gawd, this brings back memories of 90s paintball. At least two of my field buddies used to store their weed up in their gun grips so Mom and Dad wouldn't find it; I don't thiiiink anyone ever tried to roll one during a game but hey, it could've happened...
