I am far from an arts and craft genius and mildly dangerous to myself around a sewing machine....however, I have a barrel condom that I REALLY want to resurrect.
What would I be looking for as far as the cord?

every barrel bag fails at the cord, only right where it meets the bag, so theres a few id like to resurrect too, out of not being wasteful.
