    [MOTM] April: Autococker

I have a feeling this is going to be a big one… please read the rules below.

    APRIL: AUTOCOCKERS (not pump/sniper)

    Rules

    Week One:
Post up any marker you have that fits into the category.
    You MUST own the marker.
    One marker per person.
    One picture per marker.
A little detail on the build is encouraged, but not necessary.

    Week Two:
I will post up that Phase II is starting.
Each member may nominate one of the previously posted markers.
    You may NOT nominate yourself.
Each marker only needs ONE nomination to move on.

*For weeks one and two please keep all posts to pictures of your entry and nominations, week one and two, respectively. Comments on posts are fine, they don't complicate the contest any.

    Weeks Three & Four:
I will create a second thread labeled "[POLL]." This is where you can cast your votes and post anything you'd like!
You MAY vote for yourself here.
The winner of the poll will move on to the Marker of the Yearcontest on January 1, 2025.

    Additional Information:
If you win the monthly contest, you must STILL own the marker for the Marker of the Year contest. If it is sold, it will no longer be eligible for the contest.
You can use the same marker in multiple contests, as long as fits the category. (Probably doesn't really apply this year, since it's brands)

If you have any questions about the contest or about an entry you'd like to put in... Please feel free to PM.

I've been lenient about late entries up until this point because, at the end of the day, this is for fun.. but, PLEASE, have your entries in by the 7th, at noon (EST), each month! (Set a reminder!)

Finally, the contest for 2024 has already been laid out with categories, so you can all finish those projects, take those pictures and set those reminders!

    Let's gooooo!

So to clarify.. autocockers only, no stroker or typhoons? Front block mounted pneumatics only?

That being said. I doubt she's a contender with the fire that's on its way, but I own it, and its field ready.

The purple people eater. I believe this is a Black magic with the flames milled off, and a garage anodizing. Gloss black fade to purple matte. It's been in a few MCB hands recently. I believe Iamthelaverviking, autococker04, and myself. Not sure whom had it prior.

I got it from Autococker04. With no hpr. Tossed my violent series hpr on it. Added an aka bolt and brass accents to go with the pneus.

The barrel is an APP straight rifled barrel, which works surprisingly well with freedummy detents.

And that 45 degree fitting... Fit for a king!

I'm going to go with no stroker or typhoons, save those for another month... As far as front block mounted... I can't think of what they're called right now, but those reverse pnuematic or whatever... when its just moved to the side... should be fine.

Rudy Deans still had most of pnunmatics on the front, but the LPR was sometimes mounted vertically. The big thing with Rudy Deans was always the massive Volumizer. They are supposed to be stupid low pressure and that always requires extra volume.

So I'm assuming if strokers and typhoons are excluded, you're going to be all strict and exclude Chameleon Trracers as well? Probably wgp autococking Trracers too?

Capt. Pepe's autococker and Zeppelin repair. Steampunk scrapper made from the worst parts but shoots fantastic.

    The details are as follows
    - first generation arms and body that had a crack that I had welded
    - first generation brass Rock reg, second generation brass wgp ram in three way on an evil front block
    - first generation welded pump arm no bends
    - first generation steel timing rod no threads flattened by yours truly to take up some timing flop on the modern 3 way
    - wgp frame modified by bad boys toys using steel plates and a brass trigger show with early wood grips
    - an empire HPR which is basically a horrible CP clone
    - and aim 15 degree vertical that was Miss machined on both sides
    - evil bolt, free flow tungsten hammer, rat 2 valve
    - machete ASA with the upswept piece that always creates leaks
    - miscellaneous brass pits machine by me ecap
    - brass hose springs and looms
    - ccm high rise
    - and finally a corroded J&J

Oh my god, so hard to choose one. I feel like this could easily be split into multiple months. Like RF and VF. Or older and newer.
Or one that you built yourself. Or one that you saved from the scrap heap.

Anyway my understanding is that this is a Warped Sports Dark Merlin prototype made for them by Works. To my knowledge this is 1/1 but my knowledge is limited on this to second hand. So who knows for sure.

Featuring the Lazarus Valve and CCM/Inception pneumatics and an Inception PWR Stella.

Need Inception Designs or Shocktech Products? Let me know!

I have and have had multiple autocockers, but it's was a very easy choice on which one to post....the rarest kind of autococker of all, one currently in perfect working condition....

This was a Facebook marketplace rescue for very cheap because it was missing a lot of parts.

Here is where it ended up.
Converted it to nelson sings, SLPS valve springs, second lightest inception main spring, OTP velocity adjuster.
            Stock ram, internally polished.
            2k+ brass 3-way, internally polished
            OG Palmers Rock
            Diamond Labs? Bolt
            Stock back block
Autococker Parts trigger frame, brass tip adjustment screws polished to 2500 grit. Trigger plate polished on glass surface to 2500 grit. SLPS springs.
            Roller sear
Rounded lug polished to 2500 grit
2k autococker hammer polished to 2500 grit
            Bob Long HPR
            Brass screws throughout
PPS Widgeted 0.685 12" unported barrel
            Fresh seals throughout.
            Brass Detent

Haven't adjusted a single damn thing on it in over 3 years. Just dump oil and go, and it's happy and just keeps chugging through cases like a damn sewing machine. It absolutely rips. It doesn't look like a mech BPS monster, but it is. By FAR my best mech shooter. Timing on it is tight enough were even first time players can just pick it up and run it without issues. It never fails to turn heads after a few games and gets loaned out frequently as a result, and everyone who shoots it has VERY positive things to say. It doesn't look like much, but man, this thing just RUNS.

              This is "Frank" aka"frankincocker

Let's see, where to start, it was a 2k5 superstock when I first got it. Completely stock

              MQ2!
              E2 v1.1
              Karnivor e2 frame
              Syth trigger
              Km graffiti grips
CP drop forward, ASA, detent and HPR
Body tapped and plugged for the original air inlets.
Karnivor front block modified to fit, added set screws to the ram and noid to prevent turning
              Jackhammer 2 LPR
              Resurrection ram and bolt
              Eclipse QEVs
              Black magic pump arm
              CCM feedneck
Inception sled, IVG banjo bolt and bolt pin
              Pewter skulls eye cover
Skull beads added as hose locks (left side, not in photo) and added to macro hose
              DW fibur x8 barrel
              Every screw has been replaced

The one and only stock unmodified part that's still on it is the valve retention screw in the bottom of the body. All metal work done by me, only thing it went out for was anodizing.

This one has alot of history for me. Was a gift from a friend when he was cleaning out after not playing for many years.

It does get used occasionally. But is more of a drawer dweller these days.

I gotta get that angled reg mount on my kapp so I can run that drop forward. Such a sweet set-up, love this style

I built (over-built) this Kapp Body about 10 years ago. Even the pneus are match anno'd underneath the shroud.
