Carter Anos are like that. It’s so hard to get the true picture. Mine is like a gray blue but it comes out more steel in photos. I got to get mine tuned up for Slims. My grip frame screws I think loosened up my 12g aren’t dropping free like they are supposed to. I might change out the to some prototype piercing pin seals my buddy made for the Phantom see if that helps. The ones I’m using might be a lil to sticky/ soft.

Matched pair of Brass Eagle “Eagle 68” pistols
Filled in all empty spaces inside with Epoxy Steel (lots of it), to reinforce the weak plastic bodies
Removed self tapping screws and used machine screws and countersunk nuts (filled in holes)
Sanded down body graphics (left "Eagle 68" intact)
Body painted light textured black
Painted grip panels textured tan (to look like separate wood grip panels)
All new o-rings, and lubed properly (Brass Eagle originally recommended transmission fluid!)

Oh that is perfect, true to form! Did you use your valve body? (I may need another Phrame). That’s too cool!
This makes me re think my 007 build that is nicely done. -
Tweaked the Phrame screw spacing and trigger geometry, and made a custom valve body. So it's unfortunately not quite doable with the Phantom batch, but there will be more of them soon, I hope. A local bushmaster hoarder has generously offered to help test one.

Palmer plated KP Pistol. Various PPS mods too, like anti-double feed and a spring feed, though I run it stock class.
Internals reworked by me, gets almost thirty full velocity shots (over 270) on a 12 gram, up from 14 when I got it. But gets two full feed tubes worth, so that's 28.
I need to figure out the best method to blacken the raw frame. That's my next move.
Might take a new pic for this tomorrow. Used it at Riot's pistol game and it was delightful!
