    MOTM Presents: 2026 Mech Markers!

The rules are simple, but read below before you look like a buffoon.

    Rules:
    - Post up to two pictures of the marker you’d like. Let me know on your post which you’d like in the poll round.

    - Include what we’re looking at. Give me make and model. Feel free to add additional info you’d like to share. (Build specs, etc)

    - You must own the marker.

    - This will run for one month. (Through Feb 28). March will be the poll month.

    - Throughout the thread nominate as we go, in the comment below the marker. Explicitly tell me you’re nominating the marker. (ie: don’t just write “nice marker.”) You only get one nomination!

    - If any of the above rules are not followed, regardless of nominations, you will not be in the poll.

    - If you nominate more than one marker, all of your nominations will be ignored. (You may want to nominate an already nominated marker to ensure the other person doesn’t ruin it.)

    - If you make a post (not a comment) that isn’t an entry, Your entries and nominations will ignored.

    - Anything posted after Feb 28 will be ignored.

Schedule: (Additional details explained per poll)
    February: MOTM Presents: Mech Markers
    March: Mech Marker Poll
    April: MOTM Presents: Electros
    May: Electro Marker Poll
    June: MOTM Presents: Pump Markers

This is a fun one i picked up in late 2025.....

Here is the irony, i designed and sold the body kit for committed paintball very early in the emek craze during the covid days!

I sold hundreds.... Then shapeways collapsed and i never ordered myself one. This popped up on eBay cheaper then price quotes for printing it out from other vendors.

So here we are..... Top of the line ECAP/committed paintball colab twister emek. My current go to mech beast.

Here is my favorite and go-to semi (mech).
      The 2018 FreeFlow Millennium Re-Issue.
It came to me last year with the Nummech Feedneck but otherwise stock.
Unfortunately I don't know it's full story. I'm assuming it was anodized with the Nummech Feedneck after the original purchase from FreeFlow.
Last fall superman did a rebuild and added an AKA LPR, Inception Ram and new springs.
It's an absolute joy to play with especially with a Revy.

You may not recall, that marker came from me too. We traded for your olive fulcrum. I would bet that the feedneck was a customer request and likely oringial, but could have been a reano. Glad you are enjoying it.

superman There are a couple small blemishes that were covered by anodizing. With those and the aftermarket Feedneck I'm intrigued on how it came to be. Maybe it was a factory blem and sold as raw? The story probably isn't an interesting as my mind wants it to be.
It's been such a pleasure to use since you fixed it up. Thanks again!

My Niche Nemesis. This is the gun I received for doing the design work for them. I spec'd the ano etc.

It has never been aired up while in my possession.

(poll round picture on top, bottom picture is what one looks like unmodified)

Matched pair of Brass Eagle “Eagle 68” pistols
Filled in all empty spaces inside with Epoxy Steel (lots of it), to reinforce the weak plastic bodies
Removed self tapping screws and used machine screws and countersunk nuts (filled in holes)
Sanded down body graphics (left "Eagle 68" intact)
      Body painted light textured black
Painted grip panels textured tan (to look like separate wood grip panels)
All new o-rings, and lubed properly (Brass Eagle originally recommended transmission fluid!)
      CO2 plug painted black
      ~285 across the chrono
      (Also have 12 loader tubes)

        1st pic for poll

This is a Tippmann Pro Carbine I’ve been working on for seems like forever now. If it wasn’t for this forum I wouldn’t have a clue that these shoot so good with a little work. Not Cocker or Mag level but well enough to have lots of fun. This one is set up to operate at a lower pressure than normal with lots of trigger work done and a power feed I was to track down. I actually took the AKA drop and Sidewinder off my A5 and put it on this because I like it so much.

Im researching plating right now and I think, maybe, I’ll try my hand at making lighter hammers for these old markers and plating them in Nickel. I’ve got the drill press and heavy duty dremel bits. Just need to increase my knowledge on the process and practice a bunch.

          My ULE mag.
XMT Body, ULT, Shadow Rail, Carbon foregrip with bike grip, DYE Glassfiber Boomstick, AGD frame (love this with the ULT)
          Under 37oz as pictured.

This often makes my gear bag as my backup for the day. When the paint sucks and cockers don't like it, the mag comes out to spray.

My mag. Had her since I bought her in '99ish.

Upgraded some parts, still same valve and grip. Twistlock freak with ACI graffiti barrel cut into a freak tip. RT on/off and Lvl 10. One of two body recently done by AGD converting powerfeed to vert w/ ID clamping feedneck.

She rips and still my daily driver.

One of my favorites. I wanted to buy this many years ago on the old MCB but missed my chance. It popped up on ebay in recent years. Looks much better in person than in my cell phone pics. Automag, Boyd's stock, Red Dot sight, no rise stick feed, sniper barrel and M-203 grenade launcher. Use bottom pic please.

This Mag been my main shooter in one form or another for decades. I purchased the X-valve and frame from TK when he first released them, and the rest is history. This marker will never be for sale.

                  Luke's Armada rail
                  X-valve
AGD frame/ trigger with RawButter SPAR valve & DYE Stickies
                  Luke's ASA & Sidekick
Luke's (hard as fck to find LOL) LPR foregrip
                  Bearded works feed neck
Palmers brass barrel - freak back (super rare)

Wow. I nominate this one. I’m not really educated on Mags but, to me, this personifies what I call “OG” style. Like what paintball markers started out looking like, quickly got away from in the late 90s, and never returned. Not Milsim, not speedball, but a mixture of both. I hope I’m making sense here. This is what I imagined paintball markers would’ve looked like if manufacturers had just stayed the course.

I had no idea Palmers made Freak backs.

At the time this was the most expensive build I did. I've since surpassed it in cost. This is my idea of pure mechanical OG Spyder greatness. Here's the build sheet:

                  -Black classic compact body
-Loads of AKA bits: valve, bolt, rear cage, cocking slot cover, detent cover, and Compact Mitey Max
                  -NW VA
                  -Air America Vigilante, 90 - 250psi (set to 250psi)
                  -OG Smart Parts barrel
-quite possibly the only single trigger Benchmark Spyder frame you will ever see
                  -Hogue rubber grips
                  -Doc's P stock
-longer sight rail from the original Spyders
                  -Armson red dot sight
                  -unknown RVA
                  -ACI duckbill
                  -macroline
                  -Polished striker
