MOTM April 2026 Warped Sportz markers!

For April's MOTM show off your Warped Sportz marker! From the original Dark Cocker up to today's new space guns, enter your Warped Sportz marker!

    Rules:
    - As long as Warped Sportz customized an existing marker, put their name to it, and marketed it then post it up.
    - A player associated with Warped Sportz/Avalanche with a marker in his/her name is NOT appropriate for this month IE Lasoya Intimidator
    - One picture of the marker AND one pic of the badge/jewel if you'd like.
    - You can include a description for others to know more about your submission.
    - MOTM is always open to everyone on MCB.

We will have a couple of weeks for submissions, then we will move on to nominations.

PS: I will post a list of upcoming MOTM categories for the remainder of the year soon.

Warped Sportz Dark Merlin Prototype - To my knowledge the only one, but never got 100% confirmation

Some of my knowledge on this is second hand but:
This was made by Works and Warped Sportz as a Dark Merlin and never went into production.
Has the Works style bolt length with the Dark Milling and Devil badge on the top tube.
    Mostly Works/ rebranded CCM parts.
Originally included a Works valve but is currently my only marker using a Lazarus valve. A product I do not endorse, due to QC issues. But the good ones are good.

It is a little tall, but shoots great. Fast and quiet. My Merlins get the most use out of my fleet for open plays and this one is no exception. I have used this one many times and usually bring a couple markers intending to swap out. I can't remember going through with the swap when bringing this one. It gets the full days use.

Also I think you should allow a second picture for this contest to show badges during the nominations phase, but not use them for voting. LMK what you think!

That is a nice fade, very smooth. Must be an early one. Do you know the year?

Hellion360 Thank you. It's an earlier one but not of the earliest run. The serial # is 66697.

Darq Marq. Our gun sponsorship, from way back, was with Bob and this was his flagship gun at the time, around 06ish. This was my first serious tournament gun, and while I have been through many others, I always kept this one.

I wish it was a bit sunnier today. The red on this is has a depth to it that is hard to pick up in a picture.

Cool Angel, very cool that you have had it for 20 years.

It’s one that I hope I never have to sell. Found it on a Subaru WRX forum I used to be part of, dude crashed his car and needed some money. Random place to find a nice marker.

There's plenty of time left to post your submission for this month. Think Dark!

In keeping with the black to blue fade cocker theme…
I had a close to identical one to this back in ‘05 so when this one popped up I over spent and got it purely for nostalgia. My sister and I actually posed with our markers as one of her graduation pics.

Slim pickings this month. No need for nominations because of this. I'll get the poll going soon.

I remember there was a Warped Sportz in my town back in the day, but I was just a poor kid and could only admire the hot guns they had on the wall. If only, then I could have been in the running...I did get skateboard stuff from there though, their blanks were pretty solid. Similar thing with Bad Boyz Toyz.
