Wellllllll.... a little bit of rain and everybody must be so sweet they thought theyd MELT LIKE SUGAR
very smol turnout BUT the silver lining is that the morning sogginess kept the speedballers home so we ran games on the airball field the whole day!!
field owners had told me "thats gunna be a big day for the new pro layout, youre gunna have to stay off the turf"
as usual, the naysayers were overcome by the power of 'weponized pumptism.'
We rotated a man to the opposite side every game, with a ton of 3v3, a bunch of 4v4 and a few rounds of 5v5!!!
The 3 speedball guys that did show up grabbed a loaner pump and joined in!!! Their first time but definitely hooked! Flyers for Stockstravaganza were distributed and fast, brutal pump action was had by all! Players lunch pizza and the best sportsmanship/brotherhood/camaraderie around was PUMPED UP TO THE MAX
