So I have no idea on the smell, the taste, the fill, the shell or anything about them but ANS gear, and Proedge Paintball have the dynasty yellow paint with a banana scent. It is from GI Sportz and on sale right now.

Does anyone remember having paint that fresh bags smelled just like chocolate coco puffs? I want to say it was G.I. Not intentionally made that way I don't think, just a weird coincidence.

In Tucson we had Schweaty Hogballs at one store. They were purple, and had a lovely grape scent. The store didn’t have a field so when I brought them to a BYOP field I always knew who I had hit in the last few games.

Definitely had some of the Dynasty paint this summer for team practices. I may or may not have rubbed some on the inside of ChoSanJuan 's mask. It definitely smells like bananas, runtz bananas.

I had some HK paint at one point that was pineapple scented. It was too brittle and broke all over the place, but smelled good!

I love artificial banana flavor. We made the ketone they use to flavor things with artificial banana in one of my chemistry classes, really mind blowing.

There used to be some no-name white box paint at my local field that smelled like chocolate. Dirty red shell, red fill, smelled exactly like hot chocolate when you got hit with it. Can confirm it did not taste like hot chocolate though.

Old school Great American Paintball Dynasty banana balls were superb. That and Hellfire were my 2 favorite paints. A pump players dream because you hit your target and the paint broke.

I hope this is a worthy successor.

Coyote that paintball shot awesome I agree. This I’m sure is just Nostalgia of making something old new again. Paint today just dose not get the attention / material it needs to be quality anymore. The paint industry switched to quantity over quality a long time ago.

Not going to lie I want a box but I stopped ordering from ANS 10+ years ago and I’m sticking to it. Mr Dread just ordered some from Pro Edge I’m going to await his review.

So they can make it smell good but they cant make it taste even decent for those that take mask shots?

I unfortunaly play mostly private games so that means FPO for me. And the BYOP game I play is a stock class game. Still slowly working of pre Covid paint that way. So neat smelling paint wont be helping me anytime soon.

I shot a couple cases and it was all around pretty decent. I can confirm that it does not taste like bananas though, I think it’s even worse than regular paint.
