I wish it had more info on its pressure range that might work good for an application I need.

I don't think you can screw a bottle into it, from what I can tell by the pictures.

Yup. Takes standard tank threads.
They'll sell you this a tank reg and this as a two stage setup.

And it is 0-500 psi output

Can I ask where you read that it takes screw-in tanks? Maybe I'm just not seeing it anywhere.

When sold as a kit with their tank reg.

"A combination of our tank and inline regulators, this two-stage reg is designed for installation directly into an HPA bottle and allows for input pressure up to 5000psi. Perfect for use in air shifters and a variety of custom applications, output is adjustable 0-500psi. A lower pressure version with output of 0-300psi available upon request (please call us to specify a custom build.) The female version has two 1/8" NPT female ports, giving you the option of having dual outputs or a single output and a gauge. Pressure is adjusted with a set screw on the side."
