Chapter 11 basically they wil take possession of Valken corporate assets to pay off his lenders as much as possible but if 1) the company has little to no assets then the lenders have to eat it, pretty much.

Business failure isn't illegal. And the system still benefits, otherwise people would be too risk averse to attempt business ventures. And the banks still make a ton of profit from lending even with bankruptcies. (Business and personal bankruptcies, both.)

How does this actually work? Can anyone explain it?
If they're ditching debt, who gets stuck with that debt not being paid? Why doesn't the company owner get stuck with it?

UPDATE: I ordered a case of Graffiti from Amazon. The seller is Valken, this is often how I buy it. It was delivered in about 12 hours.

The tiger stripe pattern is gone, at least for my batch. That sucks. There were no cardboard separators in the box. It measures not that round and is about .675-.678 depending on which axis you are measuring.

I put ten rounds in my smallest Phantom, the one with the 2.0 body that I always complain about, and went to my usual target in the back yard. No rollouts. One shot went winging off somewhere but the others all grouped very well.

So I'm not in love with the basic-ass color but the actual shooting seems to still be about as good as it gets. I crushed one and I don't know if its super fragile but its not rubbery at all, which is good. I hate rubbery shells. They rob you of hits and they effn hurt.

Ya, Redemption was IMO the most consistently good paint from batch to batch for a long stretch. Only topped by the legendary Dye CG.
