Yeah I just bought another Force (V2) in case they drop this sometime this year. I will make my V1 the mech if they come out with it. But I'm with you, I am hoping $300 range with a fully built frame.

I think the frames are identical from the V1 to the V2.

But I get what your saying about having dedicated setups for mech and electro.

Yeah they're identical but I don't want to be swapping frames at the field. I'll keep the V2 as electric and the v1 will be mech only.

A mech before mvp2? What!! Makes sense as the Dynasty guys do play mech.

That player could probably contact Field One and they could sell him a grip frame screw.

I remember when G6r's traded at $400-500. It makes no sense to me that they are more valuable than LV1.6's now. Older LV's, sure, they have limited lifespans, but there's no world where G6r's outperform LV's. Once the G7 comes out, I fully expect G6r values to tank.

PE hasn’t ever made a timmy clone better than a Bob Long Protege tbh.

With the ability to now use LV2 solenoids in older Ego's and LV's they can live on too. I love G6R's but I really prefer the LV line over them. But if I could get an LV with a window in the body...take my money! I love that window in the G6R bodies. I know it's dumb but I love that. It's cool and old school feeling.

I have bought several G6R's over the years and I paid as little as $285 (back in 2018) for a 2012 and as much as 900 (a year or year and a half ago). It's crazy that they have swung so much. But like the LV's, the G6R's will drop to a normal price if a G7R ever is released.

I think a $1200 MVP2 with the PVN mods as a stock design would sell quick.

MVPs have held their value better than most markers, and CCM isn’t making many markers.

But how many would sell quick?

      I bet they'd need 10,000 to consider a run. I don't see that happening in today's world.

Idk man, those Cyborgs sold out quick and Macdev makes pretty mid (bad) markers.

Also they make markers for the most over-saturated section of the market besides Tippmanns, so a bit of diversification can keep PE and DYE from stealing their lunch perpetually. They would have basically no competition for high end pumps.

Do a special run of 1000 MVPs, do a pre-order and use Dynasty/Hormesis to hype them up and it could work. Maybe even run a tournament series or turn it into a lifestyle choice lol, the kiddos love that.

I understand why they don’t want to make new guns, it’s the same reasons I don’t make new guns. But I’m a guy and not a paintball gun company. Maybe once the Iran war and resulting oil shock recession is over companies will have an appetite for risk bigger than softgoods

Field One does not own their own machines. They get their guns machined in Taiwan like all the other big manufacturers.
